Jeep Baby was voted no.1 for customer care and service compared to all other major baby pram, stroller and camp cot brands in the 2009 Independent Consumer Review survey conducted by Daheim Market Research. The survey was conducted amongst 800 consumers who rated Jeep Baby's products, customer care and service as excellent. Criteria included consumer education, customer care and service, repairs, maintenance, product replacement, value for money, product offering, product performance, product reliability and safety.
