Shipping & Refund Policies


Once the payment is successful and Jeep Baby has accepted the order, shipment of the purchase will take place as per our Shipping policy. Jeep Baby will take all reasonable efforts to ship within a week of purchase and will notify the client as soon as possible at the time of purchase if this is not possible.

Return and Refund Policy

You have 7 days to return goods provided it’s in original packaging and new condition or there is a technical/factory fault. Failing which there will be a handling fee charged as per our terms and conditions up to a maximum of 30 days of purchase date. No refunds will be given after this period, however we will endeavor to fix and repair the goods, subject to normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for accidental damage or negligence or claims to this nature and expect customer to take reasonable care of goods. Only goods bought directly from us will carry this guarantee. No gray or direct imports will be covered. Only a valid sales slip will hold this cover, no sales slip, no cover will be provided. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of our sale. 

We will do our utmost to supply the correct products but if for any reason we supply the wrong products, i.e. where the items supplied evidently do not correspond with the items purchased, we will enter into correspondence with the client to best rectify the error.

Jeep Baby does not guarantee that any products advertised on our site will be in stock at the time of purchase. Where an item is purchased online and Jeep Baby then finds the item is not in stock any more, Jeep Baby will enter into correspondence with the client to decide on and supply a suitable replacement for the item purchased.

Jeep Baby retains the right at all times to decline and cancel an order prior to delivery. Please see our Terms and conditions for purchasing online section for more information.

Jeep Baby’s liability in all instances will be limited to replacing incorrect items or refunding monies paid by the client when placing the order, but only upon receipt of the returned products if applicable.

Authorisation must be received from Jeep Baby before any products may be returned. Jeep Baby does not accept returns or provide refunds if products are damaged in any way during shipment, due to handling, delays in delivery or any other such events. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that shipments are comprehensively insured against such events.

Shipping Policy

All shipping costs will be for the client’s account. Jeep Baby charges a flat fee of R65 for all South African destinations. Jeep Baby ships to South African destinations, using either Fast Way couriers or the South African Post Office services for all online purchases, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

When the client buys online the shipping costs will be added to the cost of the purchase, before the client proceeds to payment.

For all online purchases, Jeep Baby will charge a flat fee of R 65 and depending on the destination will either ship the order via Fast Way or via the South African Post Office’s (SAPO) which normally takes 2 – 10 working days. A tracking number will be supplied in all instances. If urgent shipping is required, the client must contact Jeep Baby directly using the contact details supplied on the website, prior to making the purchase. Additional costs may apply.

Jeep Baby cannot guarantee delivery dates and times and cannot be held responsible in the event of delivery delays due to service delays ie strikes.

Jeep Baby does not automatically provide insurance on shipments. Where insurance is required the cost will be for the client’s account.
